A Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 2 am to 10 am EDT
Sunday for parts of the North Carolina mountains and adjacent
foothills.
Winds will increase after midnight across the North Carolina
mountains as strong high pressure builds into the region.
Sustained surface winds will range between 15 and 25 mph with
gusts up to 40 mph.
A Lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
